Social Media Management

We set-up a Social Media plan and calendar for Nebo that made it easy to leverage influencer relationships and re-purpose existing content.

  • Identified key channels, defined the brand’s content pillars, and created ideas and goals for Nebo’s social media.

  • Set-up and managed Nebo’s content calendar and created an approval system to speed up collaboration between Nebo and Ammo.

Email Campaigns

Nebo has a newsletter audience over 50,000 people, we identified this channel as their best way to communicate with their customers.

  • Developed an easy-to-follow newsletter template for Nebo to use.

  • We set-up a 3-part welcome email series to help transition new leads into customers.

  • Created a Black Friday campaign which resulted in a 4x increase in sales for the month.

Customer Community

Nebo has active and engaged customers who love to share their trips with each other. So, we set-up a community and invited them to join. The response was overwhelming, and the Nebo community gained over 200 members in the first week.

Digital Ads

We ran continuous Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to reach new boat owners, showing them the benefits of the Nebo App. This also nurtured existing customers and helped them become premium users.
